Account and Billing Information
When you create an account, we store the account information needed to authenticate you and operate the service, such as your email address and basic profile preferences.
If you purchase a paid plan, billing is processed by Stripe. We store subscription and entitlement records needed to activate access, enforce plan limits, respond to billing issues, and maintain purchase history. We do not store full payment card numbers on PresentPro servers.
Practice Sessions, Uploads, and Recordings
Real-time coaching is designed to remain on-device. If you choose to upload audio, video, transcripts, or related content for post-session features, that content may be processed by our backend and selected service providers to generate transcripts, notes, insights, and playback features.
Temporary uploaded media may be retained for a limited time to support playback, transcription, and cleanup workflows. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary for any material you upload or record.
Service Providers and Processing
PresentPro uses third-party providers to deliver parts of the service, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing, and AI or transcription providers for optional post-session processing.
We share only the information reasonably necessary for those providers to perform the requested service. Their handling of data is subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Analytics and Product Improvement
We may collect product analytics and operational telemetry to understand feature usage, improve reliability, detect abuse, and support product decisions.
Where analytics controls are available inside the product, your settings may affect how that telemetry is collected.
Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and product data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can manage billing from your account settings, update certain profile information inside the product, and contact us about support or account questions through the channels we make available.
If you want us to review or delete certain account data, contact support and we will review the request in light of our legal, security, and operational obligations.
