These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PresentPro. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

You may use PresentPro only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.

You are responsible for providing accurate signup information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or impersonate another person or organization.

If we believe an account is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate access.

Paid plans renew automatically according to the billing interval you select unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Plan pricing, plan structure, and included limits may change over time, but changes will not retroactively alter charges that have already been processed.

Some parts of PresentPro may be released gradually or offered in limited availability while features are still being tested and expanded. Access may be delayed, capped, revoked, or modified during those periods.

Limited-release features may change substantially before wider availability.

Your plan may include limits on minutes, sessions, chat usage, generated plans, or other feature allowances. Access to specific features depends on your current plan and the product configuration available at the time of use.

We may enforce these limits automatically and may temporarily restrict access when plan capacity is exhausted.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, scrape protected content, probe the system for vulnerabilities, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

You may not use PresentPro to upload or generate harmful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious material.

If you choose to record sessions or upload content, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to do so. Uploaded recordings may be stored for a limited time to support playback and product functionality.

We may use product analytics to understand usage, reliability, and feature performance. Analytics settings available inside the product may affect how usage data is collected.

PresentPro, including its software, design, branding, and underlying materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any of its rights to you.

You retain rights to content you provide, subject to any permissions necessary for us to operate the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features, limits, availability, and user experience may change as the product evolves.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain permanently available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresentPro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
